  • URC is proud to be THE equestrian summer camp in our region!
  • URC Summer Camp Programs will be offered 8 weeks: June 12th - August 11th
  • Ultimate Equestrian's - limited availability - early registration is recommended!
  • URC's fun and caring camp experience features daily horseback riding and many other activities!
  • Our quality and value includes:

    • Beautiful mountainview park-like setting, convenient So. Frederick County location off I-270

    • Smaller ratios, engaging staff and a day-to-day rotating schedule of interactive activities

    • Camp hours 9 am to 4 pm - longer than most specialized equestrian and general camp programs.

    • Included rates are 2 full hours before (8-9 am) and after (4-5 pm) camp for drop off/pick up

    • Inquire about extended before care (early as 7:00 am) and after care (late as 6:00 pm); hourly rates.

    • Discounts for multiple weeks, seasonal families and happy camper 'add-on' weeks

    • Campers may change weeks (based on availability) at no additional cost

 

GROUP LESSONS, LEASING: Summer Quarter now enrolling

FULL-CARE STALL BOARDING:

Full-Care Boarding: (limited availability) URC offers the region's most remarkable combination of facilities and features, including multiple indoor and outdoor (lighted) riding arenas, optional dry lot turn out, trailer parking, miles of beautiful on-property trails, convenient premium southern Frederick County location off 1-270 in Urbana; resident owner/operator, staff instructors and lesson program, caring friendly service for horses and riders of all ages and English disciplines.  Training board and lesson packages available.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES, GROUP RIDES:

Birthday Parties/Group Rides: Contact us for more information on birthday party and group rides. Child birthday party rides, age 3 and up, feature an escorted pony ride and guest use of our Rec Hall or barn lounge/party area for the celebration.  Group rides are priced per rider with various options - ages 6 to adult - we can host riders and non-riders together!  (Party/Group events currently available only on Sundays.)

We are a premier full-service equestrian facility located in southern Frederick County near I-270 and Sugarloaf mountain. We offer full care stall boarding and year-round lesson & leasing programs for riders of all ages and skill levels. Few if any have exhibited the patience, love of kids and horses and expertise of Rachel, our grand daughter's Saturday and now Friday evening instructor. In my experience, you either get excellent riders but not cut out for teaching or good riders that are bossy and too critical of the kids, usually because they think they are so good themselves. Many times it is evident they are doing it as a job.
